About C3 Card Exchange

C3 Card Exchange is a Chase Card Co. venture founded by Robert, with roots in the Dallas–Fort Worth collecting community. Our idea is simple: list your binder once, and let it find its own trades and buyers.

Built for the other side of the trade

Buying a card is one transaction. Trading cards asks two collectors to trust each other with two shipments. We’re building C3 around that difference, with matched want lists, value-balanced offers, and protection designed for both sides.

Our launch focus is Pokémon in Dallas–Fort Worth. Protected trading is in development; final fees, shipping rules, and protection terms will be published before trading opens.

One binder, more possibilities

The planned experience brings collection tracking, trade matching, a Buy Now marketplace, and trader reputation into one place. Higher-value trades are planned to pass through a check-in desk in Plano for verification.
